RDI attended CES 2017 in Las Vegas to support their partner First Alert who is bringing to market the Envirocam, a non-contact respiration monitor using RDI technology. The product was on display at the First Alert Booth and demonstrated the capabilities of the new camera. A life-like medical grade resuscitation baby was monitored with the camera, mimicking life-like breathing by an infant. The demo showed how the camera could detect the respiration waveform of the baby in real-time and provide a respiration waveform and respiration rate. A notification was triggered any time the baby reduced or stopped breathing.
